The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Quick and professional. Doctor and nurse were amazing friendly and asked all the required questions. Great assessment. The front desk person however not very friendly and we’re talking about people calling in for their results, now I know why they called I couldn’t get into my portal to check my results but feel like I would be bother the front desk.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!
