Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties). I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.

Very competent and friendly nurse practitioner.  And medical assistant. Thank you!!—- We were however shocked to see that the faucet in the treatment room was not working; apparently for quite some time. Should be repaired immediately!

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. The staff is very nice and caring, they’re a very efficient team! One of the best urgent cares i’ve been to. Thank you so much for everything you guys do, very much appreciate you guys!

Good treatment. Very competent.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.
