I was a walk-in at 9 o’clock on Sunday morning and was the third one called back, which was great. Filling out the forms was relatively easy. Not pages and pages of history needed.  The staff was very friendly and helpful and the medical assistant who gave me my two shots was fantastic. He made it so I hardly felt it.  My time there was well spent.  Now, just ready to feel better.

Dr Pam was great & so was the staff. Appreciated the courtesy & kindness & was attentive to every detail of my problem. Would highly recommend AFC to anyone.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
