I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I came in for an urgent care visit late in the evening when the other urgent care centers were closed. NP Debela was caring, empathetic, nonjudgmental and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will return to her next time.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes. They are good.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.
