Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

Procrastinated on going to my PCP during the week thinking my head and chest congestion would go away using OTC medicine, it turned into full blown sinu infection and I went on Saturaday morning hoping to get some relief. I made the appointment and completed all the paperwork on-line. Practically no waiting time and everyone I came into contact with was great! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an urgent care center. Highly reccomend this facility.

The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.

Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
