Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Have had a pinched muscle/nerve affecting me for a few days so made an appointment to get it checked out. I have a regular doctor but no appointments are available for months. Got an appointment within 2 hours and left with some good advice for follow up care and a referral for physical therapy. Office was mostly clean (I used to have a job cleaning houses so I notice absolutely everything). Staff members looked me in the face when talking to me. For the short amount of time they have available to spend with each patient, they conveyed actually caring about what was happening with my concern.

Walked in early morning on a Saturday and was able to be seen quickly. Staff was pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was there for only 40 minutes and had Covid test and chest X-rays. Facility was very clean. Will come back to this location even though I live in Lakewood. Tacoma appointments were booked up for that day so I’m happy I ended up in Olympia.

The PA who “treated “ me was the worst provider I have encountered in 40 years. She wouldn’t listen to my personal experience with sinus infections and resorted to lecturing me on sketchy subjective information.  She did not perform any physical exam whatsoever. I have had positive experiences at this UCC. I hope you monitor this provider for quality of care practice patterns. Not impressed and would not return for care with this PA.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

From calling to scheduling an appointment everything went very good, entire staff was very polite and caring.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Easy getting an appointment, wait time was minimal, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great visit. And there was after visit follow up call to see how I was feeling. Much appreciated.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Very easy, next day appointment. I would like to be able to talk about at least 2 issues. I was seen on Saturday and had to come back on Monday.

Requested support for two issues, and they heard and documented it.  I told the front desk and the check-in nurse about the two issues, but the doctor only addressed one issue.   The time they allotted for support was very short for an 8 Am check-in.  I assume 30 min but doctor time was around 10 min or less I’m going on an international trip in 7 days and wanted to ensure my primary illness was addressed.  I asked questions, and the doctor said, “You have three minutes.”   I didn't get all my questions addressed and had to ask the nurse, who felt it was important and asked.   I don't know why they ignored my other issue when I addressed it twice to two staff.  I will still go back and use their services.
