The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Overnight I came down with some serious symptoms that had me very worried. I went to urgent care first thing in the morning and was thrilled to find I didn’t have to wait much at all. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The healthcare provider who I saw was thorough, kind, reassuring, and made sure I had time to ask questions and understood everything I needed to know. I was so relieved at the end of my appointment. Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
