I had an appointment but still didn’t get seen for another 45 minutes. After going back it was another 45 minutes before seeing a doctor. And all they did was test me for strep, tell me I was negative and give me steroids. How does that take that long? I could hear them talking and hanging out while I was waiting in the room.

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap.
