Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

Super easy to schedule. Checking in was just as easy. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The Dr was very caring and answered an my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic

I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.

Made my appointment on the App super easy when I got there got signed in right away filled out some information and got check right away they also sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy!

I have been to Lani City Urgent Care many times and have always been happy with the results especially this time. Nurse practitioner Dilpreet Gill examined and diagnosed me with appendicitis.  She gave me a referral to the ER and within the next few hours I was in surgery getting my appendix removed. So thankful for Urgent Care,

Dr Elias was great, he answered all my concerns. Scheduling was easy.  The staff called me in on time.

Checking in was horrible! The place was locked. You had to scan a QR code which I didn’t know how to do, I feel sorry for anyone who is older and in severe pain who didn’t need to check in that way, taking pictures of there insurance cards and drivers license and etc. It may make it easy for the work the receptionist is being paid to do. Which a lot of people had to stand outside and seeing 2 people sitting down inside of the Urgent care trying to yell to us there out to lunch! Terrible ordeal! I just feel sorry for the older people who need to check in like other Urgent Cares. I suggest you keep the doors open during their lunch break and check in people like every other Urgent care and let them get paid for not just sitting there and letting all the patients do their jobs. Once into the urgent care. The staff was super friendly, professional and caring. You need to change the check in protocols and not let patients stand outside and watch the receptionist sit there doing nothing during lunch!!! Split op lunch breaks!!!
