Stat Med in Pleasant Hill is a hidden gem… it’s easy to make an online same day appointment the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Connie is the best… She makes you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to, she is patient and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to Stat Med and Pleasant Hill several  times because I’m confident they’ll take good care of me.

Thank you so much to the doctor I saw. He recognized that the antibiotic I was on was not appropriate for someone with Mono. Since making that change and adding a steriod, my condition has improved immensely in the span of a day.

It was great. Friendly, and knowledgeable provider.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

1. Sign up/Sign in and Covid test done in a fairly hassle free manner. 2. Jennifer the kind lady who checked me in was super sweet, put my mind at ease and also indulged in having my little one get her BP checked cuz she was soooo curious lol. She earns most of the stars in my review :) 3. The provider I met, Kellie was also easy to talk to and her experience showed well through her diagnosis. The in-clinic treatment provided definitely took away some of my pressing concern. 4. All in all, I’m happy I’ve found a good urgent care so close to home. Amazing though my first experience was, I do hope I won’t be seeing them too frequently..lol!!

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.
