Other than a 45 minute wait despite having an appointment it was good due to staff. There are. I chairs in waiting room that disabled people like me can use. They all swivel. I suggest you get a solid chair with arms to show you care about your patients. Very unsafe.

Woke up with shingles symptoms, about 7 am. I was able to make an 8:30 am appointment. Staff checked me in efficiently and politely. The Assistant took my vitals, while being pleasant and upbeat; and clarified where to have a prescription sent, if applicable The doctor was thorough, diagnosed shingles, told me about the treatment, and asked if I had any questions.

Booked my appointment online for a same day visit, super easy and helpful. Got a few reminders even though I schedules same day which was nice as well. The front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all, she was on Instagram while I was getting checked in and didn’t talk much. The MA and the provider were extremely nice and friendly, was a great experience with them.  Would definitely come back

Follow-visit for blisters on both feet. Very sensitive to touch this morning. Made an appointment just 30 minutes out. Checkin was immediate. Placed in room quickly. Nurse took vitals and checked my feet. Doctor came in and examined my feet. Determined a treatment plan. Nurse did the bandage and wraps. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent.

I highly recommend this office. It is physician owned by former ER doctors. My daughter had a titanium ring stuck on her finger and Dr.Truang was great! He was determined to get this ring off! He was patient, funny and did a great job. Because of how difficult it was to get the ring off, he could have easily sent me to the emergency room, which would have cost me $500 out of pocket!
