I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

The people were very nice, everything was great and clean the only thing was the wait time was 2 hours , that might’ve been people not filling out their forms or whatnot- but the front desk lady was nice and so was the girl who took my vitals before the doctor checked me which was also great

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
