Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. Very happy with this establishment. 5 stars for everyone and everything.  Except scheduling.  Why should I have to go through so many screens to set an appointment when I’m a returning patient?

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
