Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

The scheduling was very easy and convenient. I walked in and was seen within five minutes. I had the best staff and quality care that I have ever received. The doctors and nurses were so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They made me very comfortable . My time spent there due to a After an unforeseeable respiratory issue my time spent there was about 7 1/2 hours. During that time they constantly checked in and updated me on what the test results were and what was to be expected next. My husband was able to come and sit with me. Within a few hours I started to feel better and I have the amazing doctor and nurses to thank.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
