Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.
