I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Front desk lady had an attitude. No communication with me and when another general man came they communicated that provider is not here yet etc . They should be sane to all the patients.  Provider was great.

It was an unscheduled visit and I waited no longer than 3 minutes after checking in with the receptionist. The receptionist, the young man who took my vitals and the doctor were amiable and helpful.  I am appreciative of their time and help. I prefer the Cedar Knolls office to any of the others!! Very easy to make appt. online.  My appt was a Sunday so a skeleton crew.  About 5 patients in waiting area including myself.  Waited about 45 min to be seen.  But once in the exam room, was seen pretty quickly.  I would definitely go back.  Hopefully, I won’t need to.  I would recommend this provider.
