Find TB testing in Lorton, VA

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Thanks

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

The furniture is torn old and disgusting. That’s same furniture from first day it was opened. How much money would it take to replace 10 hard chairs and a few tables!!!

I was given a copay that based on my insurance, that amount given to me by the receptionist does not even exist...not to mention, my wife visited there just a few days ago (same insurance) and she paid a different amount for her copay, where it should have been the same copay amount. I also used their system to upload certain documents/insurance card and I was told at the front desk that they need to see them again as they were never entered in the system... Check-in experience was poor. However, once I was checked in, the person that took my vital signs was good, aside from where I asked two questions and at the end of his response was .... "I guess" instead of going to the doctor and ask. I ended up suggestion to please go ask the doctor since he seemed unsured. The doctor who took care of me was great, very knowledgeable and wrote down everything she told me verbally. FYI: My wait time was just a few minutes as I did go late at night but as mentioned above, the check-in process was ....challenging..

Had a very painful and infected cyst on my back, the ladies up front were amazing and the doctor took very good care of me. I will definitely go back for any medical needs

Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes. They are good.

I was 1st patient to show up and check in. There was 1 scheduled patient ahead of me. There was an hour delay d/t staffing arrival delays. High traffic and construction anything is possible. The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. This Nextcare facility is my go to!

It was so Easy to schedule online and there was no wait  at all. I  also was able to get my child seen at the same time.  The doctor was very nice and professional. The girls up front are always smiling and ready to help you. I use this urgent care more than my doctors because it is easy and the quality of care is just great.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
