My daughter has had a horrendous cough, we went to another facility who said she had barking cough… After 3 days of taking the prescribed meds, she was only getting worse. I made an appointment with nextcare and was able to get her in same morning-she ended up getting diagnosed with bronchitis and the flu… I’m so happy we have Nextcare! Went in for Covid test and got an apt for an hour and half later and was very happy to be able to get in on a Sunday. Receptionist very kind. Waited about 25 min after apt time to be tested then received results about 30 min later. Took less than two hours and location was convenient. Staff very friendly and Dr. personable.

This was my first time to TriCore in Edgewood. I wish I knew the technician name, it was on Jan 21, 2022 a little after 9:30am, screen 2, this guy was fantastic! He was very friendly, easy to talk to, calmed my nerves before I knew it he was done drawing my blood. Just a little prick, which is normal and absolutely no bruising afterwards. I really hope the next time I have to get blood drawn, I get him again. Other than that, it was a very clean place. No one works at the front window, walk in, take a ticket and wait for your number to be called. The day I was there it was not a long wait, maybe 5 minutes or less.
