It was great except for the long wait. I was there about 2 hours just to get an antibiotic. It was very busy. But the staff was excellent! I now know I can make an appt.

I made an appt. To be seen. The wait time was unacceptable! Isn’t the whole purpose of an appt is to be seen at the time given? Walk ins should never take precedence over appts. The first come first served basis, should apply to walk ins only. I believe those with appts. Should get in at their appt time and others wait as time permits. 1 & 1/2 hr to wait is ridiculous.

My ear has been killing me for a week now. I went to the urgent care and the lady at the front was super nice. Dr. Jones is my favorite doctor there. He always listens to me & provides the care that I need. He’s the reason I always go there when I’m not feeling well or if my kids are sick.
