Nice to have a local urgent care but when given my complicated medical history, 3 rare genetic diseases… multiple medications they would not run a simple lab work to look for dehydration and elevated white blood cells…. Went to student med the next day and elevated white blood, an entire bag of fluids, antibiotics and finally feeling better. It is terrible when a doctor won’t listen. Especially when the patient is complicated.

Son was up all night with a terrible ear ache. Woke up the next morning to find an appointment easily. Staff was incredible and so kind! We just moved to the area in the last 6 months so it’s hard to know where to go and where to avoid! We hope to stay out of the office because we’re healthy but when the time comes, we will for sure return!
