Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Was so glad to get some medicine and told what to do for skin rash and irritation have had for couple days.  My treatment wasn’t doing much.  Good to have a place that can see you quickly and treat your symptoms!

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray.  However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.

Staff was Professional. Answered my questions. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Great Experience

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
