This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. This was our first time and definitely not our last time coming here. The front staff, nurse, and dr (Laura) were very sweet and professional. They took great care of my 2 year old. I checked in and did paperwork online prior to arriving and the wait time was not long at all considering it was 4pm.

My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
