Went in with a cold, coughing, wheezing chest congestion, etc.  The wait time and check-in combined was 6 minutes, it took me 5 minutes to check in.   The doctor was thorough, addressed the problem, and prescribed meds, in no time at all. I was out of there in 15 minutes, and they wished me a speedy recovery,  I’m feeling better already!!

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
