Walked in to check out some sinus issues. The staff was very professional and courteous. Everything went wonderfully, with the exception of the wait. Staff alerted us to them being understaffed today, which is totally understandable. We’d definitely recommend or return for needs in the future.

Too long wait time. I don’t recommend this place if you need urgent care.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

I accidentally cut my hand while preparing dinner and couldn't control the bleeding. Knowing Fast Track was close by and open late, I went over immediately without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

My daughter had been complaining of a sore throat. I got online to schedule an appointment through the website and she was able to be seen within an hour. We were also in and out of the office in under an hour. Knowledgeable and friendly Doctors and Assistants!

My medical practitioner, Jackie, is simply the best - high-energy, caring, communicative and ultra-competent. I couldn’t ask for better treatment for what turned out to be a painful fractured rib.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!
