My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Woke up with a sore throat was able to easily schedule an appointment online and was second in the office to be seen , the staff were friendly and kind.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
