I had a really great experience at this office from the front desk to the exam with the provider. I highly recommend this place.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was very thorough and went through every option I had for testing and ways to improve my health and did it in a very measured way that I never felt pressured to do any of them that I didn’t want to but explained well why it would benefit me get them done

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.
