Wait times with a scheduled appt are ridiculous…..with an appt one should not have to wait over an hour to get into a room.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months.
