An hour to get a TB test (after coming in earlier to find out that they’d run out and had to get more)

The people were very nice, everything was great and clean the only thing was the wait time was 2 hours , that might’ve been people not filling out their forms or whatnot- but the front desk lady was nice and so was the girl who took my vitals before the doctor checked me which was also great

The nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. However some of the test results were never communicated and I was told I would hear more about next steps after my appointment. I am also bothered by the lack of visit summaries and other details. Facility was clean and spacious, easy to schedule but I care a lot more about the record keeping and communication.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
