My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Had an ear and throat issue and was a walkin - I was in and out within 45 minutes (outstanding turn around). The staff is so professional yet down to earth! The care was first rate! This will be my go to place. I will spread the word.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a painful sore throat and was pleasantly surprised that I could immediately schedule a same-day appointment online at the urgent care clinic. When I called in the morning, the staff was incredibly accommodating, helping me to get an even earlier slot. Their prompt and compassionate care really made a difference, easing my discomfort and offering peace of mind in a stressful situation.

Staff was nice. Made me pay for a copay I didnt have. Waiting to hear back on that. Doc is fast and nice but doesnt really communicate what is wrong with you...just checks you out, writes in the chart and sends you out. The nurse was not the best. And no baby scale there

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Went in today to be looked at for persistent back and stomach pain. The back pain I've had before but the stomach pain was new and I wanted answers. My exam with the NP felt rushed and didn't provide any information that I didn't already know. Before I had a chance to ask questions I was being taken to check out. I was so disappointed, in pain, and frustrated I could barely speak.
