The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

Had an ear and throat issue and was a walkin - I was in and out within 45 minutes (outstanding turn around). The staff is so professional yet down to earth! The care was first rate! This will be my go to place. I will spread the word.

All staff were polite and compassionate. I felt well cared for. I would not think of going to anywhere else.  Thank you

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Woke up with a swollen face and was able to get right in. Friendly staff and I love doctor Ali.

It was a very pleasant experience as far as getting covid testing goes The nursing staff was kind and efficient. I have no complaints. The wait time was a little long, bit I understand that they are busy.
