          My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

          Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

          Went in today to be looked at for persistent back and stomach pain. The back pain I've had before but the stomach pain was new and I wanted answers. My exam with the NP felt rushed and didn't provide any information that I didn't already know. Before I had a chance to ask questions I was being taken to check out. I was so disappointed, in pain, and frustrated I could barely speak.

          I just walk in. It was nice and clean. They were very helpful. I am sure glad that the Solvhealth move there . We didn’t have an urgent care there for awhile and I know a lot of people miss it. I know I sure did. Easy in and easy out. The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.
