I've been to other medical facilities in the past, and I'm always impressed by Total Access. Great staff, clean facilities, and friend providers.

I've been to this location several times when suddenly ill; always an excellent experience. Dr. Heinrich and his staff listen to your concerns and are quick with a treatment. You can even schedule an appointment online or just walk in. I highly recommend this facility!!!

I went here for a workers comp claim. Dr. Karre had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were all very friendly except for the guy that came in after Erin Wallen left. He was rude but overall this place was wonderful. Oh and the front desk girl flirted with all the guys. 🤣🤣 while the women patients waited until she was finished batting her eyelashes.

I was very happy with the wait time and staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely use this place again.

I have been to this Urgent Care 3 times and have had a wonderful experience each time! All of the staff is so friendly and the doctors and NPs are great too. They are quick and extremely helpful. Each time they have made me feel much better. Thank you for all that you do!
