I don't understand the negative reviews on Google- I've been a patient at MAHEC's Ob-Gyn Practice, their Psychiatry and Mental Wellness Center, and at the Family Medicine practice for the last five years. My initial experience was for pre/postnatal care from 2018-2020 and I couldn't have asked for a more incredible team of doctors and nurses before, during, and after the birth of our son. I was with their psych department for a few months and have been with Family Medicine since 2020. Everyone I've interacted with through the years has been a truly incredible human who genuinely cares. You can't fake the level of compassion each of them have shown. I have always received timely responses to any phone calls I've placed and I typically receive a follow-up call to ensure everything was taken care of or to ask how I was feeling- whatever the situation may have been. I have nothing but praise for everyone I've encountered and will never go anywhere else for my healthcare needs.

These are the most efficient, professional and friendly care providers I’ve visited at an urgent care facility. I booked my appointment online and was seen on time. The facility is clean and attractive and it’s now my go-to place when I need to be seen quickly. Excellent, thorough care!
