The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing. I even received a follow up call from a doctor at the urgent care which I did not expect and on the weekend! Wow. Very nice experience. Would def go back and recommend to others. Thank you.

          When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

          I love how I can make an appointment online but the wait time isn’t the best. I’ve been to AFC a handful of times and the wait is 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and sometimes a long wait to see the doctor.
