Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!

I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. I was worried of urgent care not being able to handle since we didn’t want to go to the hospital afraid of getting contaminated with COVID19. Dr. Anna Wolfson did a great job giving an accurate diagnosis and giving the right treatment, she was very helpful, friendly and informative. We went for the follow up appointment and she was very personable and explained what to expect in detail. I love the cleanliness, and fast service and the professionalism.
