Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. It was a n extremely long wait. But the Doctor and staff were very good. They doctor listened and helped me. I really felt heard and she prescribed something to help. The only problem I had was that the prescription s were not called in until I called and requested them. I had to make two trips the the pharmacy while I was sick. That was not fun.
