I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Didn’t have to make an appointment I just walk in and took me right away , people at the front desk were very nice and my waiting didn’t take that much . Then inside nurse was ver polite, profesional and I can same thing about the doctor, she listened to me and explained everything about my concerns .

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.
