          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

          I had an excellent experience at WestMed. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the waiting time was short. The physician ( Nicole )  who took care of me was excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
