OMG! Kayla(MA) was the Best! Very friendly and helpful and professional and friendly and private! Instead of asking why I’m there in front of others she had me to write it down! And my insurance copayments were wrong! She took her time to call to help me! Thank God! ANGELA (CNP) came right in and identified the problem, prescribe my meds! And ask me to let her know how I was doing afterwards!!!! I have been in Medina county for 25 years and have NEVER BEEN Treated WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! I Thank God that I went there! Better than my primary care doctor! I will go here before I made an appointment with my own Doctor!!! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!!!!!!

I went here because I couldn’t get into my family doctor. WOW these people are great‼️Fast friendly and I felt like they were concerned about me . I would definitely go back if I needed to.

My eye was almost swollen shut from poison ivy, so I went in. She told me right off there would probably be around a 45 minute wait because of two other cases there, which I appreciated being told up front! Mine wasn’t an emergency so it was fine. When it was my turn to go in, it was only a few minutes before the doctor came in...They were so nice (and I wish I was better with remembering names) and the doctor made sure everything else was ok and wasn’t rushing me through. I would recommend this place....I appreciated their kindness and efficiency!

i went in the clinic at a Saturday afternoon near closing time.The dr. was not there however Jasmine the tech was willing to stay after hours to test me for strip throat and was extremely professional and friendly. All in all it was a good experience. Hours ???

We have used this express care several times and always get in right away! Always seems that we need it on weekends when other places are closed. The PA was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to all our questions. So glad this service is so near our home!
