When I came in the receptionist was sweet and kind. The Doctor's assistant was congenital and listened to my case. Her bed side manner was very professional.

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

First time using urgent care everybody there was very friendly and attentive will be definitely going back. Thank you.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

My scheduling was so easy didn’t had any problem at all, went in by 3:00pm and was out by 3:20pm I’m so grateful to meet nice and friendly caring staff !!!!🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great service, professional, efficient and thorough

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Got up these morning and scheduled my appointment got seened by the good doctor she was nice and everything went good

I came in with a split in my thumb that has been in a cycle of ‘starting to heal’ and then splits more and bleeds every couple of days for close to a month. The doctor looked at it for about 5 seconds and immediately put an ointment on it. Then proceeded to say to not put anything on it and “let it be”. I have tried letting it be for about 3 weeks. That’s why I came in. It’s not a dangerous emergency but it is causing me significant pain when I touch it against anything accidentally. A few days later and it’s bleeding more often than it was before. I guess I will just let it be until it turns into an infection.
