The nurses, practitioners, doctors, and front desk are friendly, attentive, and thorough. Both times we have come, they’ve taken care of my son with the utmost care.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

I was really sick when I went there. Although I had never been there in processing was easy and relatively quick. Everything went fairly quick and I received the treatment I needed. Only thing I saw lacking was I didn’t see a trash can in lobby, which would have came in handy when blowing my nose.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

The entire medical staff is fantastic from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave! I’d rather come here than any other drs office any day! I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs any medical attention!

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.
