Very disappointed to hear the NP say  Hi I’m Dr. then say Nurse practitioner. She was very well with my son. I had to later call back because the medication was sent in electronically but did not get to the pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to get sent electronically. I was connected to whom I thought was the medical assistant but she introduced herself as the nurse or the medical assistant. I work in the medical field and these Dr. and nurses work very hard for their title and license. So to be a nurse practitioner or medical assistant and to say you are the Dr. or the nurse is VERY ethically wrong.

I have bring my daughter here a few times. The waiting time has been not a good experience. Actually I was skipped a few times as patients that arrived after me were attended first.  After they brought us in to check vitals . Than the waiting  Continued for 40 more minutes at the patient room .  I ask the nurse if we were being attended and she replied that there were other people waiting as well as there was only one Dr . Excuse me Nurse practitioner on site .  In my own opinion for a private clinic where you charge patients more than a regular clinic I would recommend pect to have Drs and not NP .  The times I have gone they only take my daughter s vitals and that’s it .  The waiting time takes longer that the time the NP takes to check on the patient .  Unfortunately my work schedule doesn’t help me and this clinic is open after 6 pm and is close to home . 🙁

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I've been dealing with some pain in my right calf for quite some time so I decided to schedule an appointment to see what they would have to say. I was in and out within an hour and the doctor on duty provide me with a good explanation what I was dealing with. Was glad I had this.

I needed a doctor's note as well but never got one and seems cant get ahold of them to do so

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

The PA was very helpful and explained her treatment plan in detail—and was also willing to adapt it when I explained that I was already on antibiotics. She also suggested a non-emergency doc to see and helped me make an appointment. Cery helpful, very professional.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

Experienced cold like symptoms on top of my sinuses. Booked on a Sunday to speak with someone Monday. Erica was very thorough with her explaining causes and ways to prevent bacterial infections. She showed genuine concern and care. On time and friendly.
