I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

The doctor said she would give one refill of the inhaler as I asked for a couple of refills. Well she only prescribed one inhaler and no refills. I called back and was told I would have to do another appt to get the refill.  The doctor should honor the 1 refill as if she meant just prescribing 1 inhaler then she should not have said 1 refill either.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
