The front desk attendant was not very pleasant. She just looked like she didn't want to be there and talked really softly, therefore,I could barely hear her. The COVID-19 test went fine. I just had to go back in for my results after 45 minutes due to the fact that I did not receive the phone call to tell me my results were ready. The test results were to take 15-20 minutes. I'm pretty sure they were back within that time frame, but apparently I slipped thru the cracks. Other than that all went well!

Overall a good experience. Staff was nice and professional, and I was able to get in there and out within a reasonable time.

East Beach is a remarkable place. Even though no one wants to be there the experience was amazing Natilie ad the rest of the staff are super friendly and professional they make an unpleasant situation plesent. Thank you for your help I highly recommend them making appointments is super easy and walk-in is quick as well thanks again

I have NEVER had an issue here. Everyone is always friendly and the facility is always clean. I have been going here for over 20 years. Yes, sometimes there is a little but if a wait but it is never excessive and it’s normal for a health care facility.
