Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I had an issue that happened after my dentist closed and needed care and Docs was open. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner and was assured that I would receive care. The front desk staff were so attentive and helpful with one staff member helping me check in with patience and care. I was seen promptly and my exam was compassionate and thorough.
