I walked in to the office with my GRANDDAUGHTER yesterday immediately after I sign in they call me 15 seconds later. after they received all the information, they took me to one of the rooms where they said a nurse will see me soon and soon it was. I was seen in no time they took my blood pressure, etc. etc. then a female doctor came in by the name of Danielle she was very polite and courteous and full of life I remember her from the last time I was a patient there and she was the same. I just want to say the staff there is full of life and I wouldn’t go any place else. Keep up the good work bye for now..

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
