I am so impressed with the whole urgent care experience!! Things have certainly changed for the better! I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Very professional, very clean, and I don't feel rushed. I feel like they listen to me and take their time with the diagnosis! Very kind from the front desk to the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner! If the waiting room is full and I ask how long a wait, they tell me it will be how ever long. Then I know what time frame I am dealing with and I don't mind. One Sat. morning was full and I ran an errand and came back, they called my name!! I prefer going here than to my primary care physician, which I never get to see anyway!

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
