Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

I would have appreciated assistance in using the mobile check in or availability of another check in option as using my phone and taking ID photos and such was challenging with the injury for which I was seeking care. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.
