Been suffering with a headache, chest pain, congestion and a sore throat. I later developed a cough on the second day. Was able to download the app that night and make a morning appointment. Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and I was given a form for a chest x ray in another facility close by. All in all it was a positive experience that I will use again.

There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.
