Went in with a cold, coughing, wheezing chest congestion, etc.  The wait time and check-in combined was 6 minutes, it took me 5 minutes to check in.   The doctor was thorough, addressed the problem, and prescribed meds, in no time at all. I was out of there in 15 minutes, and they wished me a speedy recovery,  I’m feeling better already!!

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
