Went as a “walk-in” as no appointments were available. I will still seen in a timely manner! Everyone was very nice and polite!

The scheduling was easy. The lady in front desk was nice and approachable when I checked in. The staff are nice and friendly. I don’t Iike how  Dr. Dieter Eppel checked my kid. His bedside manner is bad. There’s no instruction when he do a procedure( e.g checking the ear and mouth). My kid likes going to the doctor but he got scared with this doctor. Instead of instructing the kid to open his mouth, he pinched the cheek and not saying any word to the kid. He is unfocused. He asked the same questions for at least 3 times. Definitely not recommending him.

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water. Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER

Called and was put on the waitlist fast, The staff was all so nice accommodating and apologetic for the wait (that they couldn’t control) . Dr Jack, was kind and attentive and even double checked his diagnosis. He was very sweet to my son and took the time to make sure everything would be ok. He was very informative and helpful. Such a great experience!

I was a walk in and waiting two hours but the staff there was very informative and friendly. Once in the room it was very quick and everyone was so kind. I would recommend this provider any day.

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Kind, super helpful , knowledgeable staff. L.Golembiowski, ARNP and her team were awesome! I wish more urgent care facilities were as easy to work with online and in person.

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Called and put my name on the wait list and when I arrived to the facility I was seen right away. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and comforting.  I would recommend this provider.
